Due to identified gaps in the retention dam attributes, which are crucial for vulnerability analyses, in March 2025 FCEZG conducted in-situ testing at three dam locations within the Zagreb pilot site.
The cone penetration test (CPT) was performed from the dam crest level to assess geotechnical characteristics.
The obtained results will provide valuable insights and serve as input for advanced numerical simulations. Additionally, representatives of Croatian Waters and FCEZG finalized the locations for installing the early warning system sensors.
